BMW X1 2020 gets visual upgrade and hybrid version
The BMW X1 2020 gained visual upgrade and was more sophisticated looking. The German luxury brand SUV now features a new optical assembly with LED daytime running lights forming two “C” and directional repeaters in light beam just above double LED projectors.
BMW’s dual-rim grille has been updated, as has the bumper, which has gained much larger side air intakes with truly expressive frames, and has LED fog lights with curved function. In the rear, the BMW X1 2020 adds new LED flashlights with better visibility.
The rear bumper has also been updated. The BMW X1 2020 also received four new models of alloy wheels up to 19 inches. The look of the SUV gave the model a more luxurious look. The model will have the options: xLine, Sport Line and M Sport. Inside, the sports utility features multimedia with 8.8 or 10.25-inch displays.
The panel also received contrasting stitching on the coating, which was also updated. The BMW X1 2020 features the X1 xDrive25e hybrid plug-in version, which features a 1.5 TwinPower Turbo three-cylinder engine, delivering 125 horsepower and 22.5 kgfm, but working with a 95-horsepower 16.8 kgfm electric thruster.
The BMW X1 2020 has a lithium battery of 9.7 kWh, which allows it to walk 50 km only with electricity. The SUV maintains the offer of the X1 sDrive16d version with 116 horses and 27.0 kgfm. In the x1 version xDrive25d, the propellant is a 2.0 turbo diesel, which delivers 228 horses and 46.2 kgfm.
On the xDrive25i, the 2.0-liter TwinPower Turbo is powered by 231 horsepower and 35.7 kgfm, with an upgraded eight-speed automatic gearbox. There is a four wheel drive option. The BMW X1 2020 is expected to arrive in the coming months in the market.
