The Renault Espace had not been updated for four years since the outgoing generation was launched in 2015. For its refreshing in its 2020 model the French brand has provided more details in its equipment as well as in the new additions in driving aids and in a face lift in its aesthetic section. On the other hand, in the mechanical range its thrusters remain unchanged, two being diesel and one gasoline. In this way the new restyling of the minivan will arrive at dealerships in the spring of 2020.

The Renault Espace 2020 presents a front that although it has not been reformed on a large scale if it has details such as new LED headlights. This novelty that is incorporated for the first time in the range will allow intelligent lighting in a distance of up to 550 meters where its light beams can be turned off at certain levels of the spectrum in order not to dazzle the drivers that come in opposite direction. Its grill is now narrower and maintains its chrome horizontal slats, it joins the main optics that incorporate LED daytime lights in the form of C.
It also offers new tires which will be exclusive in 20 inches for the Initiale Paris level, as well as the Vintage Red color for the exterior. Finally in its saga we get a new design bumper and remarkable in the Initiale Paris finish that annexes two new trapezoidal exhaust outlets decorated in chrome color. Finally, all trim levels of the minivan will have a glass roof.

Inside is where the biggest changes are perceived. The new Renault Espace 2020 will offer capacity to accommodate in its cabin either five occupants or optionally seven. These seats will come with the possibility that your future buyer chooses the upholstery that could be in Nappa leather in two colors: Black Titanium or Light Sand Gray. In terms of safety, it obtains the new roadside assistance system and traffic jams that allows autonomous driving at level 2 that operates up to speeds between 0 and 160 km / h, with adaptive speed control with Stop & Go function. There is also the Park Assist parking assistant, driver fatigue detector, cross traffic alert, among others. Its engine includes two 2.0-liter diesel engines with 160 and 200 hp outputs linked to a six-speed EDC transmission, while the gasoline offering comprises the 1.8 turbo offered by 225 hp and is associated with a double clutch transmission and seven speeds.
