Porsche is not interested in Autonomous Driving

Porsche might be embracing electric cars and hybrids, but it's not about to welcome autonomous driving tech with open arms

Recently talking to a German newspaper, Oliver Blume, CEO of Porsche said it not be even remotely interested in autonomous driving technology. This despite the fact that the other three German premium brands, BMW, Audi and Mercedes-Benz are working on autonomous technology.

“You want to drive a Porsche for yourself. The iPhone is carried in the pocket, not on the road,” Blume said.
