Fiat Reaches 13 Million Vehicles Produced In Brazil

Fiat held on April 9, the mark of 13 million vehicles produced in the factory in Betim, Minas Gerais, Brazil. When opened in 1976 for the production of Fiat 147 model, Betim factory had a production capacity of 200 000 units per year. Successive investments increased installed capacity to the current 800 thousand units per year, equivalent to 3200l units per day.

Betim Fiat produces 16 models in over 200 versions, to serve the markets of Brazil, Europe, Latin America and all its export markets.
